Jacintha Kraft Balch, JD, Certified Specialist: Estate Planning, Probate and Trust

Jacintha has thirty years experience working in estate planning, probate and trust. As part of that estate planning, Jacintha Has helped many small business owners with emerging businesses. She also has had personal experience in creating and running a small business, her own law firm for the last 18 years. Born in Findlay, Ohio, Jacintha graduated from Wittenberg University and from The University of Michigan Law School. She started her career at the law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, working in the areas of estate planning, probate and health care law. She served as head of Huntington National Bank's trust estate-planning department for six years, before forming her own law firm, Balch Law in 1991. Jacintha assists her clients to develop a practical business and estate planning strategy. She is a member of The Columbus Foundation's Legal Advisory Board, has served on the Columbus Jewish Foundation's Legal Advisory Board and as a Board Member of Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio. She is an active member of the Columbus Bar Association. She holds Ohio State Bar Association Certificate as a specialist in estate planning, probate and trust. She is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education events and for community groups. C.E.O Magazine named her as one of Central Ohio's Top Lawyers.

John Randolph Balch, JD, MHSA, MBA
(Of Counsel)
Randolph has twenty-five years experience working in the area of heath care law, health care data and consulting, health care fraud, and health care ethics. He received his undergraduate degree at Wittenberg University, an MBA at the University of Toledo, a Masters in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan, and his law degree from The Ohio State University Morris College of Law. His experience includes health care consulting experience with Mercer Consulting, a division of Marsh McLennan Companies. He was founder and President of Medical Management Group, Inc., a health care consulting and data corporation. Under his leadership, Medical Management Group published 12 nationally recognized data books, created a PPO which it later sold, and was recognized statewide for its physician and hospital fee expertise. Randolph has served as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at The Ohio State University Morris College of Law teaching inter-professional medical and legal ethics. He has served as chairman of the Columbus Bar Association's Health Law Committee and chairman of the Ohio State Bar Association's Health Law Committee.
